The Basics
Dublin Village was the first upscale townhome community near Notre Dame, built mostly in 2006. Since its completion, more luxurious townhomes have been built nearer the University, but they are also more expensive. Dublin Village remains among the nicer complexes in the area, at a midrange price.
Dublin Village consists of two and three story townhomes with 2 to 4 bedrooms, 1.5 to 3.5 baths and
1,300 to 2,065 square feet. They originally sold from about $175,000 to $280,000.

Not So Nice Features
- The community is set between a Perkin’s Restaurant and the on ramp to the US 80-90 Toll Road.
